Air Separator

Probably, one of the biggest advantages about the Taco Air Separator is their ability to remove traces of air from the inherent system fluid. The Taco 49-075T is just one of the collections of these air eliminators and it is the special coalescing medium, which enables the process of air separation from this fluid. The Taco 49-100T as well as Taco 49-125T are part of the Taco Air Separator collections and are built with solid brass on their exterior.

These Taco Air Separator function primarily by allowing the mixture of water as well as air to come into the spirovent and spirotube. The coalescing medium is present within the spirotube and because of the drop of velocity, the air separates from water within these Taco 49-075T eliminator series. There is a special vent function for air located in these Taco Air Separator that enables 99.6% of dissolved air to separate. Unlike conventional eliminators that often require regular venting, bleeding or purging, the modern range of Taco Air Separator as well as the sophisticated Taco 49-100T range does not need any of these. There are no instances of air gurgling or water noises with the Taco 49-125T eliminators.

The warranty span on these Taco Air Separator around 20 years and the presence of dried air segments inside the eliminators facilitates anti-leak mechanisms. There is also a release valve in these Taco Air Separator that has a vent head located throughout the entire range of products.
